- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and guide customers through Away-focused shopping, product and sales journey

- Facilitate in-store programs and events as needed
- Assist with processes and procedures to ensure optimal store operations
Requirements
- A passion for and past experience in retail, customer service, and/or hospitality
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Reliable and effective contributor to overall business success
- Resourceful, solution oriented, and committed to achieving goals
- Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift
- Ability to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (scheduling accommodations available upon request)
- Must be at least 18 years old
