- Motivate and lead retail team to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Embody brand standards and core values, reinforce high expectations and accountability
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure training enables meeting KPI and customer experience standards
- Coach and evaluate team members to foster professional development and brand growth
- Retain and develop retail associates and grow them into future retail leaders
- Lead and support all store operations to meet financial objectives and maintain operational compliance
- Meet individual KPI expectations and sales goals while supporting overall store success
- Use company tools and tactics to take accountability for business success and assume responsibility without prompting
- Partner with store management on marketing events and in-store programming
Requirements
- Elevated customer service and managerial experience, preferably at a scaling company within the retail industry
- Precise attention to detail and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven leader and great collaborator who uses business acumen to effectively drive results
- Ability to foster learning, develop people, and align the team around company vision
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use coaching and feedback to develop team members
- Reliable, effective, and takes accountability for business success
- Solution oriented and resourceful with commitment to following through
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (scheduling accommodations available upon request)
- Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift
- Ability to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift
