Business Development Rep

• Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy for Army and SOCOM aligned to CDI’s revenue targets
• Identify priority mission areas, programs, and funding streams where CDI’s software products provide differentiated value
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer priorities, budget cycles, acquisition pathways, and competitive landscape
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities across Army and SOCOM
• Lead opportunity shaping activities, including early engagement with stakeholders and influencers
• Qualify opportunities using disciplined frameworks (e.g., probability of win, customer access, competitive positioning)
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, program managers, operators, and acquisition officials
• Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning CDI solutions to mission outcomes
• Coordinate executive-level engagements and customer visits

Business Development Lead – Army, SOCOM

Manager

• Act as the single point of accountability for customer success across all operational services delivered into the program
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Contact Center, Technology & Service Operations, Financial Services, and Field Services
• Establish structured service governance and align operational priorities with the Assistant General Manager and customer stakeholders
• Manage subcontractors including oversight of delivery and performance
• Own performance against all contractual SLAs and KPIs
• Proactively monitor service performance
• Partner with Finance and Program Leadership to ensure commercially sustainable customer success
• Oversee major incident coordination, forward change scheduling, and operational readiness
• Capture customer feedback, sentiment, performance insights, and risk indicators
• Ensure services are fully prepared to support deployments, transitions, system enhancements, and program expansions

Service Delivery Manager

• Provide a commercial service to the business, ensuring that Cubic complies with its contractual obligations
• Hold responsibility for key contractual workstreams on major Cubic contracts
• Support specific departments with commercial oversight and issue resolution
• Monitor the status of all contract deliverables for compliance with contract requirements
• Collaborate with Project Manager to develop effective strategies and recommendations to management for resolution of contractual issues
• Co-ordinate submission and negotiation of contract proposals, including change orders
• Prepare contractual documents such as licenses, SLA agreements and NDAs
• Manage variations from receipt to closure including approving and signing of responses and price builds
• Manage, negotiate and mitigate the damaging effect of claims made on Cubic by customers, sub-contractors and/or suppliers

Contracts Manager

• The Workplace Health, Safety and Environment (WHSE) Manager and Safety Manager – APAC is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving regional health and safety strategies that protect personnel, safeguard company assets, and support business growth.
• This role designs forward-thinking, risk-based WHSE programs while ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• It plays a critical leadership role in overseeing health and safety governance for major business and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with Cubic’s operational priorities and customer expectations.

Warehouse Manager

Analyst

• Provides complex financial and schedule control services for assigned projects
• Supports Program Managers and program functional participants in financial/schedule management
• Works fairly independently to perform project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities
• Analyzes and interprets data from SAP
• Develops, maintains, and facilitates project plans for projects
• Interfaces and builds strong relationships with customers
• Coordinates projects in accordance with Cubic policies and procedures
• Establishes the cost accounting structure of projects
• Assists in the budgeting and scheduling process
• Participates with scheduling professionals in project schedule creation and reviews
• Provides earned value management
• Monitors costs to ensure accurate accounting
• Prepares various internal and external financial analyses and reports

Program Planning & Controls Analyst

Support Engineer

• Advise and contribute to the effective resolution of a wide range of general and complex technical issues escalated from field maintenance, projects teams and external customers
• Work collaboratively with resolver teams to ensure incidents are resolved effectively and efficiently
• Monitor and provide early life support on new products and services and handing these over to the System Support Manager once these are defined
• Work with the System Support Manager to accurately identify any existing or planned technical changes that may adversely impact service delivery and recommend/implement contingency measures
• Provide remote technical support for proactive diagnosis of maintenance problems to bring them to permanent and timely resolutions and/or interim workarounds
• Undertake data analysis to identify trends and proactively provide solutions to the System Support Manager to improve the quality of service for customers with the objective of reducing incidents and abatements
• Proactively manage the ‘Incident Management’ queue system ensuring that assigned tickets are picked up in a timely manner
• Ensure standards of quality as defined by Cubic and our customers are met or exceeded
• Ensure that team ‘processes/procedures’ are documented and updated regularly, including knowledge articles
• Provide reports as and when required
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
• Participate in the on-call rota and provide out of hours support as required
• Deliver outstanding technical support service to the Cubic business and their customers

Associate Systems Support Engineer

• Provides complex financial and schedule control services for assigned projects.
• Supports Program Managers and program functional participants in the financial/schedule management of large and/or complex projects to ensure that financial and schedule goals are met.
• Works fairly independently to perform project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities for programs/projects as assigned.
• Analyzes and interprets data from SAP.
• Utilizes discretion and analysis in developing, maintaining, and facilitating project plans for projects.
• Effectively interfaces and builds strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Coordinates projects in accordance with Cubic policies and procedures.
• Establishes the cost accounting structure of projects.
• Assists in the budgeting and scheduling process.
• Participates with scheduling professionals in the creation of project schedules and reviews.
• Provides earned value management.
• Monitors costs to ensure accurate accounting.
• Facilitates cost corrections and/or prepares account correction documents.
• Provides analyses and compiles expected cost data to form Estimate-At-Complete (EAC) forecasts.
• Inputs budget and EAC data into SAP.
• Forecasts expenditures, sales, earnings, and cash flow.
• Monitors and analyzes Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure both activities are timely and correct.
• Prepares various internal and external (customer) financial analyses and reports.
• Supports internal and external audits.
• Supports proposal development activities.
• Distributes various cost and schedule reports to assigned project participants.
• Creates annual budget for product line.
• Maintains and updates financial forecast for product line on a weekly and monthly basis.
