About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide maintenance and repair of client equipment on Cubic maintained assets
- Respond and repair Cubic devices in a timely manner
- Undertake training and development programme
- Improve performance through training, experience and KPI feedback
- Minimise downtime on fault call outs
- Assist with installation or commissioning of equipment
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work Act
- Deliver and/or collect equipment modules from stores
- Assist with stock control or fault control if necessary
- Maintain quality principles compatible with current ISO standards
- Comply with Cubic’s values and adherence to all company policy and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ‘hands on’ experience working in a high-tech Service/Maintenance environment
- A recognised Engineering Qualification
- Ability to work 5 night shift pattern
- Experience of working in a Service/Maintenance environment
- Proven customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- HNC or equivalent in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (Desirable)
