About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide maintenance and repair of client equipment on Cubic maintained assets
  • Respond and repair Cubic devices in a timely manner
  • Undertake training and development programme
  • Improve performance through training, experience and KPI feedback
  • Minimise downtime on fault call outs
  • Assist with installation or commissioning of equipment
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work Act
  • Deliver and/or collect equipment modules from stores
  • Assist with stock control or fault control if necessary
  • Maintain quality principles compatible with current ISO standards
  • Comply with Cubic’s values and adherence to all company policy and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ‘hands on’ experience working in a high-tech Service/Maintenance environment
  • A recognised Engineering Qualification
  • Ability to work 5 night shift pattern
  • Experience of working in a Service/Maintenance environment
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • HNC or equivalent in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (Desirable)
