About the role

  • Design and deliver Power BI dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for decision-makers
  • Use SQL to connect, query, and optimize data from multiple sources
  • Build scalable data models to make reporting efficient and reliable
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful BI solutions
  • Champion data visualization best practices, ensuring reports are accurate, engaging, and easy to use
  • Support governance and reporting standards, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across BI solutions
  • Play a key role in driving a data-driven culture and helping teams embrace BI tools and think with data

Requirements

  • Solid, hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL (daily toolkit)
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, M, and data modeling
  • Curiosity and creativity; ability to tell the story behind the data
  • Awareness of report governance and BI standards to maintain consistency and scalability
  • Proven experience working as a BI Analyst or in a similar BI role

  • Nice to have: Experience connecting to platforms like Azure or SharePoint
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of the Power BI Admin Portal to assist with workspace management, user access, and monitoring
