About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in MicroStrategy
  • Work closely with business analysts and data architects to translate requirements into technical deliverables
  • Implement schema objects, metadata, and security roles
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of MicroStrategy applications
  • Support upgrades, migrations, and integration with data warehouses and ETL processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a consulting environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer
  • Hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy Web, Developer, and Mobile
  • Strong knowledge of schema objects, metrics, filters, prompts, and dashboards
  • Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehouse concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Based in Latin America, available for remote collaboration with US-based teams
  • Nice to Have MicroStrategy certifications
  • Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
