About the role

  • Identify and build lists of verified hospital contacts based on target roles, titles, and regions
  • Conduct manual research to validate contact information and relevance
  • Develop tailored outreach messaging based on pain points and campaign objectives
  • Execute email campaigns using platforms like SendGrid (aligned with Odoo)
  • Monitor, manage, and respond to lead replies to nurture them through the pipeline
  • Maintain a consistent tone and messaging aligned with the Cube Care brand
  • Track campaign performance and report on lead quality, objections, and interest
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and target segments
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices to avoid blacklisting, especially with healthcare servers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or email outreach (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with SendGrid and Odoo (or similar CRM)
  • Clear, persuasive written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable handling large data lists and segmenting based on target criteria
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability to avoid blacklisting
  • Ability to monitor, manage, and respond to lead replies and nurture pipeline
  • Comfortable handling phone calls in English from time to time
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM EST and overtime/weekends if needed
  • System requirements: 5th generation Intel i5 or equivalent processor; minimum 4.00 GB RAM; Windows 10 or Mac OSX (Linux/Unix not allowed)
  • Internet Speed: 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (primary and backup)
  • Required equipment: Noise-cancelling USB headset; Webcam at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
  • Comfortable with virtual office on camera and Teramind computer monitoring
