- Orchestrate priorities so the CEO’s time maps to the highest-leverage work.
- Build simple, durable systems that keep calendars, communications, and commitments aligned.
- Own internal and external coordination by maintaining a single source of truth with current notes, locked confirmations, and day-of plans.
- Surface decisions early, clear blockers, and drive follow-through across stakeholders.
- Apply AI to draft, summarize, schedule, and automate workflows to increase speed and quality.
Requirements
- Type A, fast, precise, and proactive personality
- AI and modern tooling are non-negotiable
- Welcome feedback, think critically and solve problems before they surface
- Ability to orchestrate priorities, build simple durable systems, and maintain calendars and communications
- Own internal and external coordination; maintain a single source of truth with notes, confirmations, and day-of plans
- Surface decisions early, clear blockers, and drive follow-through across stakeholders
- Apply AI to draft, summarize, schedule, and automate workflows to increase speed and quality
- Applications must follow specified instructions (email subject, resume filename, availability, social handle, example of AI/automation use)
