About the role
- Inbox owner - filter noise, prioritize the signal, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Calendar control tower - run complex schedules across multiple time zones
- Meeting anchor - sit in on Zoom calls, capture action steps, make sure follow-through happens and provide clear progress updates
- Priority keeper - keep the CEO's top goals front and center; flag when something’s slipping
- Drive accountability across teams - coordinate with HODs, copywriters, and staff to secure approvals, track deliverables, and push projects to completion
- Be the filter - scan Slack, emails, and updates daily, surface the signal from the noise, and brief the CEO so each day starts with clarity
- Lead special projects - contracts, surveys, research, automation, product naming contests, or other projects
- Occasional personal support - travel planning, schedules, reservations
- Free up CEO time to focus on strategy while handling execution
Requirements
- 2–4 years supporting executives or managers
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Discreet with sensitive information
- Proficient in digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and quick to master new ones
- Fast and responsive; acknowledge quickly then execute
- High standards; accuracy and deadlines are non-negotiable
- Detail-obsessed
- Independent thinker; able to figure out the "how"
- Smart clarifier; asks questions upfront
- 1-3-1 mindset (provide 3 options and a #1 recommendation)
