About the role

  • Deliver the core elements of the global talent agenda spanning performance, development, succession and capability
  • Embed simple, effective practices that drive individual growth and business performance
  • Deliver the core performance cycle focusing on simplicity, adoption and business relevance
  • Support talent and succession planning: identify key roles, capabilities and pipelines and ensure follow-through and action planning
  • Design and coordinate development activity and scalable learning experiences
  • Support employee progression through career progression frameworks, mobility and clarity on expectations
  • Track and analyse core talent and development metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Deliver manager enablement tools and interventions including coaching, feedback and career conversations
  • Coordinate and contribute to delivery of talent initiatives, programmes and skills mapping
  • Simplify and improve talent and development systems and processes with focus on experience, commercial impact and scalability

Requirements

  • Experience delivering core talent programmes such as performance reviews, succession planning and career development
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable performance and development initiatives with rigour and simplicity
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in using data to inform decisions
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage across levels
  • Commercial awareness and ability to connect people activity to business outcomes
  • Practical understanding of inclusive talent practices
  • Proactive mindset, with a bias for action, clarity and improvement
  • Awareness of technology impact on talent and development practices (including AI)
