About the role
- Deliver the core elements of the global talent agenda spanning performance, development, succession and capability
- Embed simple, effective practices that drive individual growth and business performance
- Deliver the core performance cycle focusing on simplicity, adoption and business relevance
- Support talent and succession planning: identify key roles, capabilities and pipelines and ensure follow-through and action planning
- Design and coordinate development activity and scalable learning experiences
- Support employee progression through career progression frameworks, mobility and clarity on expectations
- Track and analyse core talent and development metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Deliver manager enablement tools and interventions including coaching, feedback and career conversations
- Coordinate and contribute to delivery of talent initiatives, programmes and skills mapping
- Simplify and improve talent and development systems and processes with focus on experience, commercial impact and scalability
Requirements
- Experience delivering core talent programmes such as performance reviews, succession planning and career development
- Proven ability to deliver scalable performance and development initiatives with rigour and simplicity
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in using data to inform decisions
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage across levels
- Commercial awareness and ability to connect people activity to business outcomes
- Practical understanding of inclusive talent practices
- Proactive mindset, with a bias for action, clarity and improvement
- Awareness of technology impact on talent and development practices (including AI)
