About the role
- Collaborate with team members to handle various stages of the sales process and manage team-based sales cycles
- Meet and strive to exceed both individual and team sales targets through diligent follow-up and customer engagement
- Employ Homebase Sales Methodology to conduct consultative sales discussions and recommend tailored solutions
- Follow prescriptive sales processes to reach customers with the right message at the right time
- Maintain high-volume customer interaction via frequent phone calls and emails, actively listening and responding to needs
- Experiment with AI tools to optimize prospecting, outreach, and workflow efficiency; share insights with team
Requirements
- 2+ years of selling experience, with a keen interest in growing in SaaS Sales
- Eager to advance through learning and adapting; thrive on constructive feedback and committed to continuous self-improvement
- Curious and comfortable using AI tools to improve your sales approach; eager to measure impact and adapt workflows
- Ready to share success and accountability; understand importance of collective efforts in achieving team goals
