About the role

  • Manage and grow relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring timely order processing, communication, and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Track and follow up on open quotes, purchase orders, and sales opportunities to help drive revenue and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors on product availability, pricing updates, and shipping timelines to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and send sales and performance reports to internal teams and vendor partners to highlight trends and opportunities.
  • Support the sales and merchandising teams by keeping product listings, pricing, and promotional details up to date across systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and customer service teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth order flow.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple vendor and customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience in sales operations, account management, or dropship coordination with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and execution.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Apollo, BigCommerce, NetSuite), and reporting tools to track and communicate performance.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results, solving problems, and improving the overall sales process.
