About the role
- Manage and grow relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring timely order processing, communication, and fulfillment accuracy.
- Track and follow up on open quotes, purchase orders, and sales opportunities to help drive revenue and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors on product availability, pricing updates, and shipping timelines to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and send sales and performance reports to internal teams and vendor partners to highlight trends and opportunities.
- Support the sales and merchandising teams by keeping product listings, pricing, and promotional details up to date across systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and customer service teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth order flow.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple vendor and customer relationships simultaneously.
- Experience in sales operations, account management, or dropship coordination with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and execution.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Apollo, BigCommerce, NetSuite), and reporting tools to track and communicate performance.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results, solving problems, and improving the overall sales process.
