About the role
- Support digital marketing operations and implement marketing initiatives across WordPress, HubSpot, Zoom, and internal tools
- Upload and format content in WordPress, maintaining branding and layout consistency
- Optimize blog posts for SEO (titles, meta descriptions, tags, image alt text, internal linking)
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to maintain a steady publishing schedule
- Draft and send client notifications via internal platforms and coordinate timing/content with departments
- Write, proofread, set up, segment, and schedule marketing emails and newsletters in HubSpot; launch automated workflows and monitor metrics
- Set up landing pages and registration forms via Zoom; coordinate invitations, reminders, and follow-ups; assist in reporting attendee engagement
- Create and maintain internal documentation for campaigns, processes, and best practices; organize files and guides
- Own and send the monthly internal marketing newsletter to all of Crystal
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing operations role
- Proficient in WordPress, HubSpot, Zoom, Jira, SharePoint
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- Strong writing and editing skills for professional communications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under minimal supervision
- Capable of communicating with all levels across the organization
- Experience with B2B marketing or SaaS products is a plus
