About the role
- Design and maintain visual assets that adhere to and evolve the brand across digital and print formats
- Support brand evolution and maintain consistency across all marketing channels
- Create graphics for email campaigns, paid media, social media, web, presentations, and events
- Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to bring campaign concepts to life
- Design brochures, white papers, case studies, slide decks, infographics, and other sales tools to communicate product value
- Work closely with web developers and digital marketers to improve UX/UI design on the website
- Design landing pages, banners, and visuals for A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Interpret briefs and translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals
- Report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with marketing, sales, and Customer Development teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech industries
- Strong portfolio in B2B marketing design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices
- Experience working within brand guidelines and evolving brand systems
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with video editing, animation, and motion graphics
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in digital design
- Understanding of SEO and CRO principles as they relate to design
