Own the visual identity for 8–10 client shows: design and maintain podcast cover art, episode thumbnails, and branding
Ensure each show is visually distinct while aligning with the client’s brand identity
Create episode and guest assets: build templates for guest headshots, quotes, and featured episodes; deliver polished, press-ready visuals
Develop and maintain brand systems: create style guides (logo rules, typography, color palettes) and standardize file formats and artwork sizes for podcast platforms
Support client growth and partnerships: design sponsor pitch decks, media kits, and one-pagers; provide artwork for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other platforms
Collaborate and iterate: work directly with internal producers and client teams to incorporate feedback and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
Maintain quality control: ensure all assets meet high visual standards and contribute to a cohesive, professional brand presence
