Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, videos, and basic motion assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences
Develop compelling visuals and content with AI Tools
Create simple motion graphics and animations in After Effects to enhance digital creatives across paid media and social channels
Collaborate with Growth team (Acquisition, Campaign, CRM, Data Analytics) to create cohesive and effective creatives supporting digital paid performance media channels
Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital content quality and innovation
Optimize content for various digital platforms ensuring seamless and visually appealing user experience
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative input and ensure design solutions meet business objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail
Support team in creation of concepts aiming to meet project performance goals
Requirements
Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field
At least 4 years of experience with digital, design or agency background
Proven experience as a Digital Content Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital design projects
Performance-driven mindset with experience in performance ads
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Hands-on skills in After Effects for creating basic animations, transitions, and motion graphics
Working knowledge of Figma
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Experience creating content for various digital channels and social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is advantageous
Experience or knowledge of AI Tools
Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a passion for innovation in the digital space
Knowledge in fintech, crypto and NFT space is advantageous
