About the role

  • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Procurement Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Order Forms, and marketing collateral
  • Interface with procurement, go-to-market, deal operations and marketing teams to ensure fast and efficient execution of agreements
  • Maintain and improve the contracts management system and help expand the Legal Operations function
  • Provide training and develop resources in support of sales and other cross-functional teams
  • Focus on efficient operation of the commercial team and Harvey’s legal department
  • Pick up additional legal work and broaden responsibilities as company grows

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4+ years of in-house and/or law firm experience, ideally supporting a SaaS or tech company
  • Hands-on experience with Procurement, NDAs, SaaS, technology, and/or IP licensing commercial agreements
  • Experience with contracts management systems and related systems (such as or similar to Ironclad, Zip and Docusign)
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • AI experience welcomed but not required
  • Ability to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-focused and collaborative work style; willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges in an evolving practice
  • Hyper-responsive and service-oriented attitude
  • Based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY or willing to relocate and commute to office 3x a week
