About the role
- Review and moderate content (videos, comments, profiles) in Dutch
- Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines
- Handle reports from users in a timely and objective manner
- Escalate complex issues according to internal procedures
- Stay updated with moderation policies and updates from the platform
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (spoken & written)
- Basic knowledge of English for internal communication
- Comfortable with rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus
