About the role
- Provide frontline support to users of a leading global platform via phone, chat, and email
- Handle customer requests and complaints and provide accurate guidance and solutions while maintaining a professional tone
- Achieve and exceed KPIs related to efficiency, resolution quality, and satisfaction
- Escalate challenging cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and supportive customer experience
- Participate in initial company-paid training period
- Work 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day with 2 rotating days off and rotative shifts
Requirements
- French B2/C1
- English proficiency
- Previous Customer Service background
- Familiarity with KPIs
- Flexibility to work rotative shifts
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00 (possible extension to 09:00–21:00)
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Porto, Portugal
