Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1)
  • Good command of English (B1/B2)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage
  • Comfortable working on-site with flexibility for hybrid work after 6 months
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 09:00–21:00
  • Experience with email and phone communication channels
