About the role

  • Act as first point of contact for users of a global digital platform
  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Deliver service meeting defined KPIs (response speed, resolution accuracy, customer satisfaction)
  • Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to appropriate teams
  • Record and track customer interactions in line with company processes
  • Support continuous improvement of the service experience
  • Work schedule: Monday to Sunday 10:00–19:00 (rotative shifts), 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day

Requirements

  • German B2/C1 proficiency (written and spoken)
  • English B2 proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Previous Customer Service background
  • Familiarity with KPIs
  • Flexibility to work rotative shifts (including Monday–Sunday schedule, possible 09:00–21:00 extension)
  • Documents accepted: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, Visa (under consultation)
