About the role

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory)
  • Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00, 2 rotating days off)
  • Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
  • High school diploma
  • Documents accepted: EU ID; Residence card; Manifestação de Interesse; Visas (under consultation)
  • Availability to start 25th September or October 2 2025
