About the role
- Deliver high-quality customer support for airline-related inquiries
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests in Spanish and English
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional communication while adhering to company policies
- Work onsite as part of a dynamic international team in Lisbon
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory)
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written
- Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00, 2 rotating days off)
- Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
- High school diploma
- Documents accepted: EU ID; Residence card; Manifestação de Interesse; Visas (under consultation)
- Availability to start 25th September or October 2 2025
