About the role

Requirements

  • Spanish fluency (C2 level)
  • English fluency (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
