About the role
- Support French-speaking clients of a renowned airline company, ensuring smooth and efficient assistance
- Assist customers with airline bookings, policies, and problem resolution
- Manage queries across multiple communication channels
- Deliver solutions efficiently, ensuring customer loyalty
- Work on-site in Lisbon following rotating shift schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory)
- Fluency in French (C1)
- English (B2)
- Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00, 2 days off)
- Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
- Documents Accepted: EU ID; Residence Card; Manifestação de Interesse; Visa (under consultation)
- High school completion diploma
