Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory)
  • Fluency in French (C1)
  • English (B2)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00, 2 days off)
  • Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
  • Documents Accepted: EU ID; Residence Card; Manifestação de Interesse; Visa (under consultation)
  • High school completion diploma
