Coordinate CPI training programs throughout the geographic territory and sell products that meet customer training plans diagnosed through a discovery call with key decision-makers and committee members.
Meet established sales goals in an individual player role as part of the CPI Sales Team.
Develop new leads through research and contact inbound marketing leads to discuss clients’ training needs and offer solutions.
Conduct strategic account management calls to solve problems and provide current training data to increase sales in existing accounts.
Design and deliver presentations on the implementation of customer solutions.
Create and maintain a sales action plan.
Manage forecastable pipelines via our client relationship management (CRM) system.
Support leadership with active involvement in projects that occur either within the department or cross-departmentally.
Represent CPI at local, state, or national conferences and tradeshows.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Two years or more of experience in sales
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office products
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize efficiently
Accountable for work produced
Positive attitude, high-energy
Well-developed interpersonal skills
