• Own and lead complex, full-cycle Enterprise sales processes from prospecting through close, expansion and long-term account growth
• Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a strong pipeline targeting executive-level stakeholders at Enterprise accounts
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for named Enterprise accounts, including penetration, expansion, and retention strategies

Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Project Manager

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects supporting customer experience initiatives and managed services programs
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including Customer Success, Managed Services, Operations, Sales, and Product to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Act as a central point of ownership for project plans, status updates, risk tracking, and documentation
• Support client‑facing projects by helping teams stay aligned on expectations, deadlines, and communication
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, tools, and processes as the function continues to evolve

Associate Project Manager

Implementation Specialist

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for CreatorIQ customers, owning the process from assignment through successful handoff and delivering a white-glove customer experience.
• Configure the customer’s CreatorIQ platform based on their package.
• Serve as a trusted platform expert, delivering tailored trainings (based on their workflows, use cases, and success criteria) and guidance that enable customers to confidently adopt and scale their use of CreatorIQ.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to align on customer goals, manage expectations, and ensure a seamless implementation and long-term success.
• Apply CreatorIQ implementation methodology, best practices, and independent judgment to solve complex challenges, support continuous improvement, and contribute to platform and process enhancements with Product.

Implementation Manager

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for CreatorIQ’s largest global accounts in EMEA
• Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline with new prospects targeting executive level contacts at Enterprise accounts
• Spearhead account penetration strategies with your BDR and Marketing team

Enterprise Account Executive

• Take real ownership, from scrappy sketches to polished prototypes to shipped features. And then you’ll measure, learn, and do it again.
• Be the Design Lead within a tight product trio (Product + Engineering + You). You won’t just “make the mockups”; you’ll shape what we build and why.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product to simplify workflows, remove friction, and make our platform feel effortless.
• Partner with developers throughout the build process so what ships is high-quality, intentional, and true to the design.
• Help evolve and maintain our Design System, not as a static library, but as a living foundation for speed and consistency.
• Run usability tests, talk to real humans, and push for insights that meaningfully improve the work.
• Collaborate with Product on research plans, interviews, synthesis, the whole loop.
• Look beyond tickets. Spot opportunities, challenge assumptions, and help shape the product strategy.

Account Manager

• Build, activate, and scale ecosystem of technology and agency partners.
• Own revenue quota tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Develop, deepen, and manage strategic relationships across partner ecosystem - technology, data, agency, and consultancy.
• Build structured partner enablement programs, including training, certification, pitch materials, and shared value messaging.
• Partner with CreatorIQ Account Executives to identify co-sell opportunities.
• Drive field-level “sell-with” motions: lead partner introductions and develop coordinated account plans.
• Activate partners to bring CreatorIQ into new and existing customer conversations.
• Build dashboards and reporting to show partner performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Work closely with Strategy, Sales, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams to define joint value propositions.
• Contribute to CreatorIQ’s partner strategy roadmap.

Partner Manager, Strategic Alliances

Full-stack Engineer

• Architect AI-Driven Solutions
• Own the ongoing development of our multi-modal social content processing systems and brand safety applications.
• Collaborate closely with lead data scientist and MLOps colleagues to implement and federate large-scale vector embeddings network services.
• Design and implement agentic tooling and applications.
• Build Scalable APIs and webhooks: Design and deploy production-scaled backend applications using Node.js and Python, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Bridge Data & Application Engineering: Audit database architectures, implement complex data pipelines, and interface with devOps/ETL methodologies to support data-heavy product features.
• Drive Full-Stack Innovation: Support frontend colleagues building React (leveraging Joy UI or Material) and TypeScript interfaces.
• Consult & Collaborate: Act as a technical consultant within the organization, advising on best practices for cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and database strategy to support our Innovations roadmap.
