About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Nurture strong, collaborative partnerships with a portfolio of high-value mid-market customers.
Support customers in achieving meaningful outcomes through their influencer marketing programs.
Analyze customer engagement data to identify risks and opportunities.
Drive platform adoption through strategic business reviews and roadmap discussions.
Collaborate with Implementation and Services teams to ensure successful onboarding.
Act as the customer’s internal advocate, channeling product feedback to inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deeply knowledgeable about our platform and influencer marketing strategy.
Strong analytical skills to drive platform adoption and usage.
Ability to build strong, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience leading strategic business reviews and success planning.
Excellent communication skills for both in-person and virtual engagements.
Proactive partner throughout the customer lifecycle and focus on retention ownership.
Ability to maintain account documentation and success plans effectively.
