Manager

• Trains and manages all retail staff.
• Participates in hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions of retail staff.
• Under the direction of the Dining Services Director, supervises and coordinates all retail sales activities in all operations.
• Estimates and forecasts food consumption in the retail operation, monitoring production volumes, and adjusting future production as needed; and maintains budgetary controls.
• Plans for and implements corporate retail marketing initiatives, maintains complete records of special events and pace changers in the retail operation, providing marketing summaries to the CDS home office upon completion.
• Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
• Conducts continuing analysis of retail operation, recommending any operational changes necessary to the Dining Services Director.

Retail Manager

• Supports the Retail Manager in overseeing retail dining services operations
• Assists in training and managing retail staff
• Participates in hiring, scheduling, time keeping, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions of retail staff
• Supervises and coordinates all retail sales activities in all operations
• Participates in the selection of appropriate vendors
• Assists in making retail food and supplies purchases, controlling inventory in a fiscally responsible manner
• Assists with the development and implementation of the retail menu; costing and pricing the menu appropriately
• Assists in estimating and forecasting food consumption in the retail operation, monitoring production volumes, and adjusting future production as needed
• Helps maintain budgetary controls and an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping
• Ensures all retail equipment works and is maintained properly, service and office are organized
• Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community

Assistant Retail Manager

Executive

• Participates in hiring, training, scheduling, time keeping, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions of kitchen staff
• Supervises and coordinates culinary activities in all operations
• Makes food purchases and controls inventory in a fiscally responsible manner
• Standardizes the production of menus and recipes to ensure quality is offered at all times; communicates with the Creative Dining Services Home Office regarding changes to production recipes and menus as necessary
• Establishes food quality standards; participates in Food Committee meetings

Executive Chef

Administrative Assistant

• Assures that each employee is set up and paid through the payroll processing system according to established procedures and deadlines.
• Performs quality assurance inquiries related to employee payroll deductions.
• Maintains accurate records of full-time employee benefit accruals.
• Maintains accurate records of employee attendance.
• Performs accounts payable functions according to established procedures and deadlines.
• Performs accurate data entry for financial reporting.
• Performs general accounting procedures for the department according to established procedures and deadlines.
• Perform all administrative tasks related to new employee hiring procedures.

• Greets all who enter the administrative offices in a friendly and professional manner
• Answers the administrative office telephones in a professional manner, assuring that calls are forwarded appropriately
• Performs general administrative tasks as assigned (typing, filing, copying, faxing, emailing, record keeping, errands, etc.)
• Perform all administrative tasks related to new employee hiring procedures, such as initial paperwork, screenings, insurance enrollment, and file maintenance
