About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participates in hiring, training, scheduling, time keeping, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions of kitchen staff
- Supervises and coordinates culinary activities in all operations
- Makes food purchases and controls inventory in a fiscally responsible manner
- Standardizes the production of menus and recipes to ensure quality is offered at all times; communicates with the Creative Dining Services Home Office regarding changes to production recipes and menus as necessary

Requirements
What you’ll need- Culinary Arts Degree

- ServSafe certification
