• The Environmental Safety Compliance Director is responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership and oversight of environmental compliance and workplace safety across Crash Champions’ nationwide operations.
• This newly created role supports the organization’s rapid growth by ensuring compliance with applicable environmental and safety regulations across existing locations and newly acquired shops, while driving consistent standards, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and interpret local, state, and federal environmental regulations applicable to the automotive repair industry.
• Develop, implement, and maintain environmental compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct routine audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed environmental compliance considerations into operational processes.
• Establish, implement, and maintain companywide safety programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments, recommending and overseeing corrective actions.

Director, Environmental Safety Compliance

Full-stack Engineer

• Collaborate with fellow developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design and implement high-quality features
• Code, test, and prepare releases to existing software solutions following established design, coding, and implementation methods
• Build enterprise-level services and applications using various programming and scripting languages
• Create and consume RESTful APIs as well as other types of third-party APIs
• Perform C# code changes, production support, and application enhancements
• Work with end-users and cross-functional teams to develop new application features that meet evolving business needs using C#, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps

Software Developer – FullStack

Manager

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs
• Manage the front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery to ensure a high level of shop throughput, production quality and efficiency
• Responsible for assigning repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritizing vehicles for teardown or paint
• Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers, checking-in vehicles and writing estimates as needed
• Ensure all repairs are in line with Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards
• Ensure production staff adheres to punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures

Collision Center General Manager

Communications

• The Strategic Communications Specialist plays a key role in developing and managing multi-channel digital communications campaigns across the company.
• This role is responsible for communicating effectively across a growing platform of digital channels and assisting in leading internal communications strategies that support multiple company initiatives.
• That means working directly with corporate support department leaders to plan and run communications campaigns that reach our network of 650+ repair centers and corporate support functions.
• Develop and distribute professional announcements, manage content on our corporate intranet, and build engaging campaigns that hit deadlines and move the needle on company goals.
• Develop communication plans aligned to business initiatives, including target audiences, messaging strategy, timelines, and channel selection.
• Support change management communications for new initiatives, rollouts, and organizational updates.
• Partner with the Communications team and Advertising department to develop and launch campaigns that strengthen the Crash Champions brand for both internal and external audiences.
• Help shape internal marketing campaigns that boost team member retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization, including senior leadership, to move projects forward and respond to requests.
• Consult with department leaders to clarify communication goals and recommend the most effective approach.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, tone consistency, brand alignment, and compliance with company standards.
• Support urgent communications, time-sensitive announcements, and crisis communications as needed, ensuring accuracy and fast turnaround.

Data Analyst

• Design, implement, and support Power BI and SQL-based reporting solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business leadership and the IT team to gather business requirements, use cases, propose technical designs, and implement reporting solutions.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings and enable data-driven business decisions for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Work in a cross-functional team environment and effectively communicate insights and technical solutions to business functional leaders.
