About the role
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Analyse trends in revenue, costs, and other key financial metrics to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Improve and document financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or a related financial role.
- Detail-oriented and quick learner.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with analytics and BI tools (e.g. Lightdash).
- English fluency (Portuguese, Spanish and/or Italian are a plus).
- Great communication skills and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration.
