- Role: Principal BI Analyst partnering with pharmacy leadership to leverage data to inform business strategies, focusing on Medication Adherence data insights.
- Reports to Data Organization; partner with cross-functional teams; build tools for data integrity, Looker, and scaling with LLM-based analyses.
- Responsibilities include root cause analysis, KPIs design and ownership, dashboards, data governance, proactive monitoring, and communicating findings.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to support data warehousing in Snowflake or internal platform.
- Designing data structures and tools that scale with LLM-based analytics including conversational analytics.

Requirements

- Collaborative and empathetic communication with business leaders throughout the organization.
- Expert at explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter who can work across functions, plan and prioritize independently, and actively participate in discussions.
- Over 7 years of experience writing advanced SQL, developing metrics, building operating dashboards and performing ad hoc analyses.
- At least 5 years of experience developing in a BI tool (preferably Looker).
- At least 3 years of experience working with healthcare data.
- Bonus: At least 3 years in management consulting, product management, or another strategic role translating technical problems for executive-level audiences.
- Experience with a Medicare Advantage plan working with pharmacy claims data and Part D benefits.
- Experience with Medication Adherence programs
