• Turn complex concepts into simple, clear communication across channels
• Lead messaging for brand campaigns, product launches and major updates
• Own the brand video strategy for launches and key communication moments, and ensure a consistent video output across markets
• Improve and maintain website and landing page clarity with Growth and Design
• Support CEO and the Management team with strategic communication and brand narrative
• Work with Sales on pitch materials and value messaging
• Work with Product to ensure features are explained clearly and simply
• Test and refine messaging to improve activation and conversion
• Ensure communication across markets stays aligned, consistent, and efficient

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Analyse trends in revenue, costs, and other key financial metrics to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Improve and document financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and improve efficiency.
