Prospect into multiple accounts to source qualified conversations and build pipeline for Account Executives
Leverage multi-channel outbound campaigns with personalized messaging, marketing content, and relevant news
Partner with Sales to identify targets, source conversations, and tailor deal cycles for Account Executives
Manage an effective sales cadence and process
Communicate consultatively with Higher Education leaders (VP and C-Suite)
Develop creative campaigns to garner interest from Higher Ed executives
Provide timely, compassionate, and relevant responses to prospects
Work with marketing to drive conversations from content and field events and qualify leads
Serve as liaison between sales, marketing, and product and provide product feedback from prospects
Within 1 month: understand product suite, begin booking discovery conversations, learn internal tools, and structure day for success
Within 3 months: achieve consistent quota, develop messaging and A/B tests, master Salesforce and reporting, provide product feedback, execute account strategy, basic demo ability
Within 6 months: participate in hiring and training, build scalable processes, understand full deal cycle, become product expert, represent Coursedog at conferences
Requirements
Experienced using our tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Thrives in quick-paced and dynamic environments
Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to go the extra mile
Ability and willingness to think outside the box and dynamically problem solve
Comfortable with travel up to 10% of the time
