• Own the financial engine of the business
• Lead Coursedog's annual budgeting and financial planning process
• Own monthly forecasting and financial performance tracking
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop strong partnerships with business leaders
• Lead monthly cross-functional budget reviews
• Develop and maintain executive and board-level reporting
• Own GTM commission planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Partner with the Accounting team on procurement-related activities
• Spearhead AI-driven transformation initiatives across the Finance function
• Continuously improve FP&A systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Serve as a trusted financial partner to executives and functional leaders

• Design and execute testing strategies for API behavior and complex merge logic
• Validate merge logic, conflict resolution, and bidirectional synchronization behavior
• Analyze integration errors and identify root causes of data inconsistencies
• Manage and maintain test cases in Qase
• Triage CI/CD failures and build automated test coverage for integration pipelines
