Intake Coordinator

• Collect and verify client forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Scan and upload all client documentation into the MyAvatar electronic health record.
• Update client paperwork annually and as needed.
• Complete pre-admission entry and pre-admission discharge in MyAvatar.
• Complete admission entry in MyAvatar.
• Perform Financial Eligibility (FE) entry and ongoing updates.
• Conduct benefits and eligibility verification.
• Communicate and collect client financial responsibility payments.
• Perform monthly verification of active insurance coverage and identify any changes.

General

• Coordinate TFC cases including conducting home visits, supporting foster parents
• Hold treatment review meetings and foster parent support meetings
• Complete assessments and other paperwork
• Provide crisis management as needed
• Participate in recruitment, training and licensing of treatment homes
• Available to families 24/7 for crisis support
• Work with other team members and report to Treatment Foster Care Manager

Treatment Foster Care Specialist

Manager

• Provide leadership and direct supervision to Billing & Coding, Credentialing & Accounts Receivable (AR), and Intake team members
• Ensure continuity of operations through appropriate staffing coverage and cross-training
• Serve as an escalation point for team members and manage complex issues
• Oversee intake and front-end operations, ensuring accurate client registration, documentation, eligibility verification, and financial responsibility communication
• Direct billing and accounts receivable functions, including claim submission and denial management
• Manage provider credentialing, enrollment, and recredentialing activities
• Oversee licensure and supervision compliance
• Partner with revenue cycle director and program leadership to validate provider credentials
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payor requirements

Credentialing Manager

Therapist

• Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus.
• Persistent outreach efforts may be required.
• Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model.
• Utilize other systems required, such as MyAvatar, to manage confidential client information.
• Monitors progress in treatment and adjust the phase of treatment as indicated.
• Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of phase system.
• Assures quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.
