About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate TFC cases including conducting home visits, supporting foster parents
Hold treatment review meetings and foster parent support meetings
Complete assessments and other paperwork
Provide crisis management as needed
Participate in recruitment, training and licensing of treatment homes
Available to families 24/7 for crisis support
Work with other team members and report to Treatment Foster Care Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 - 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services related field
Positive, unflappable attitude
At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
