About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate TFC cases including conducting home visits, supporting foster parents
  • Hold treatment review meetings and foster parent support meetings
  • Complete assessments and other paperwork
  • Provide crisis management as needed
  • Participate in recruitment, training and licensing of treatment homes
  • Available to families 24/7 for crisis support
  • Work with other team members and report to Treatment Foster Care Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services related field
  • Positive, unflappable attitude
  • At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
  • A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
