About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus.
- Persistent outreach efforts may be required.
- Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model.
- Utilize other systems required, such as MyAvatar, to manage confidential client information.
- Monitors progress in treatment and adjust the phase of treatment as indicated.
- Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of phase system.
- Assures quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in a field eligible for Kansas BSRB licensure required.
- Being currently licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas is preferred.
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
- A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
