• Provides support for pre-award sponsored projects and other restricted proposal submissions as required.
• Coordinates and serves as liaison to CALS Grant & Contract Officers, Office of Sponsored Programs, Administrative Managers, department chairs, agency representatives and PIs to respond to pre-award related issues and questions during the proposal preparation and submission process.
• Ensures that all proposals comply fully with college, university, and agency-specific policy guidelines and promotes the PI’s final submission according to CALS policy deadlines.

Research Administrative Assistant – Grant Coordinator

Data Scientist

• Develop and deploy advanced computational and machine‑learning methods to support research and analytical initiatives across the organization.
• Design, implement, and lead new research programs and collaborations, leveraging existing multi‑omic, clinical, and epidemiological datasets in partnership with the main campus in New York and local collaborators in Qatar.
• Integrate and analyze multimodal datasets including genomics, metabolomics, imaging, and electronic medical records using state‑of‑the‑art machine learning approaches, particularly modern deep learning techniques.

• Serve as the Office of Student Services advising liaison to Student Disability Services and ensure students receive appropriate referrals and accommodation support.
• Co-lead the ILR Peer Mentor Program, including recruitment, training, and oversight of approximately 30 mentors.
• Serve as the primary Staff Advisor to the ILR Student Government Association and support leadership across all ILR undergraduate student organizations.
