About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting, via telemedicine and/or in-person treatment
- Provides comprehensive assessment and diagnosis using the DSM-V
- Develops treatment plans and aftercare planning
- Prepares ahead for sessions, tailoring treatment to each patient's unique needs
- Documents in a timely manner

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's Degree
- Experience working with individuals and families affected by mental illness
- Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches
- Ability to thrive within a complex medical system
- Working understanding of the healthcare system
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the State of New York
