Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from acquisition to retention, leveraging established prospect lists and Salesforce CRM.
Design and drive impactful outbound campaigns; engage pipeline via visits, calls, emailing campaigns, and fairs.
Educate prospects about Convelio’s services and convert opportunities to increase portfolio revenue.
Document client insights in CRM and report relevant information to EU Sales Manager.
Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding clients’ operational needs and challenges.
Pitch and convert clients on Convelio’s three core services: Shipping, Storage, and IMS (Inventory Management Software).
Monitor client satisfaction and address issues proactively to ensure long-term retention.
Work closely with Operations to continuously improve client experience and performance within your pipeline.
Manage your own pipeline end-to-end, balancing acquisition and retention; based at Le Bourget with weekly client visits in Paris.
Requirements
