Manage day-to-day ambassador activity, track performance, and provide motivation, feedback, and development opportunities.
Deliver engaging and targeted campaigns adapted for local markets while aligning with wider campaign objectives.
Oversee all elements of campaign execution from planning to logistics and delivery across multiple countries.
Work with internal teams and third-party providers to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Continuously improve campaign delivery processes to enhance consistency, scalability, and operational performance.
Manage campaign budgets, ambassador payments, third-party costs, and logistics within financial parameters.
Act as main point of contact for select campaign briefs, partnering with clients, stakeholders, and agencies to translate strategy into execution.
Ensure messaging, branding, and campaign activities are aligned with client goals and adapted for diverse EMEA audiences.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using data analytics tools, providing clear, data-backed recommendations to optimise ROI.
Support post-campaign evaluation by gathering feedback, insights, and performance analysis.
Monitor campaign performance across channels and regions, providing timely reporting and insights to stakeholders.
Maintain strong communication across teams, and ensure campaign learnings feed into future strategies.

Experience managing ambassadors or influencer programmes is highly desirable.
Confident delivering virtual or in-person training sessions.
Comfortable working with data to track performance and measure success (campaign analytics, engagement metrics).
Experience managing campaign budgets and tracking spend for accurate financial reporting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client and internal stakeholder management.
Passion for student engagement and solid understanding of the university landscape across EMEA.
