About the role
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for Contruent Enterprise SaaS solution, bridging product, sales, and marketing.
- Craft positioning, messaging, competitive insights, and enablement content to drive market adoption and revenue growth.
- Partner with product management and marketing to shape thought leadership, blogs, webinars, and campaigns.
- Develop compelling messaging and differentiated positioning tailored to owners, EPCs, and construction program stakeholders.
- Create battlecards, sales playbooks, customer stories, pitch decks, and training content for field execution.
- Operationalize internal product marketing communications and develop repeatable scalable processes to train sales teams.
- Build consensus and alignment across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success.
- Lead messaging and positioning strategy and execution for target personas with global Go-to-Market and Product Management teams.
- Build and run release management process from scope planning to product release and launch planning.
- Lead product release (launch) planning, cross-functional alignment, asset creation, and communication strategy.
- Grow and manage user community and provide customer feedback and insights into enhancement request process.
- Manage content in web-based CMS including internal Product Portal and external Resource Center.
- Drive product-led growth, product adoption, and user retention through usage analytics, NPS trends, and in-product initiatives.
- Manage and develop in-product Pendo user guides and own in-product NPS score with success and product teams.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or construction/project management software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and associated sales cycle processes.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and writing skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, high-growth environment and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pendo, Jira or similar platforms.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of capital construction, project controls, or infrastructure industries.
