Controller

• Own and run the full monthly, quarterly, and annual close process from start to finish
• Oversee general ledger, revenue recognition (ASC 606), payroll, AP/AR, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and PE reporting requirements
• Manage and optimize accounting processes within NetSuite, including system improvements and automation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, and tax advisors
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team (as applicable)
• Support international accounting operations, including multi-entity, multi-currency environments (if applicable)

Technical Account Manager

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts
• Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and environments
• Own technical health of customer environments
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues
• Support renewals with technical insight
• Identify expansion opportunities

Human Resources

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, system setup, and orientation coordination
• Maintain employee records and support HRIS data accuracy
• Serve as a friendly first point of contact for employee questions and route issues as needed
• Help coordinate benefits administration and support open enrollment activities
• Support recruiting logistics such as interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Assist with HR programs including training, engagement initiatives, and performance review cycles
• Help ensure compliance by organizing HR documentation and supporting audits as needed
• Support day-to-day operations of the Naperville office, including supplies, vendors, daily mail and general office organization
• Help coordinate in-office schedules, meetings, and hybrid collaboration needs
• Assist with planning employee events, team meetings, and office gatherings
• Be a helpful, go-to resource for office-related questions and needs

HR Specialist

Customer Success Manager

• Develop long-term partnerships with customers to ensure they become and remain successful through the realization of value.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by advising on application and implementation best practices and providing product adoption and release guidance while serving as a liaison between customers and Contruent’s internal team.
• Identify product expansion opportunities through development of adoption strategies and establishment of key business objectives and performance indicators that align to the customers goals.
• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs.
• Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
