About the role
- Support company liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking operations, and M&A activity
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operating needs
- Initiate and track funding, intercompany transfers, and debt-related transactions
- Assist with investment of excess cash in accordance with company policy
- Assist with debt compliance, prepare covenant calculations and reporting; maintain debt schedule
- Support execution and settlement of debt transactions and monitor maturities and interest expense
- Administer bank accounts, signatories, user entitlements, and MID/KYC procedures
- Support bank account transitions and integrations following acquisitions; serve as bank contact
- Support Treasury due diligence, post-acquisition bank setups, system integrations, and cash management
- Partner with AR, AP, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient processes, and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel/financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across functions
- Experience with banking platforms, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), or ERP systems preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company
