Review and analyze contracts for financial implications, ensuring compliance with company policies, financial reporting standards, and legal requirements (Contract Review & Compliance)
Oversee the lifecycle of contract revenue from inception to renewal or termination and track key contract revenue details
Collaborate with finance to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports and track variances (Financial Reporting)
Provide data-driven insights related to contract performance and revenue trends using financial forecasts (Data Analysis & Insights)
Work closely with sales, legal, operations, finance teams and external business contacts to ensure alignment between contract terms and business objectives (Cross-functional Collaboration)
Continuously evaluate and improve revenue and contract management processes and implement tools/best practices (Process Improvement)
Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support forecasting and budgeting; conduct ad-hoc profitability and pricing analysis (Financial Analysis)
Support leadership in evaluating business performance, identifying trends, and monitoring key metrics
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting (energy sector experience preferred)
Experience working with ERP or CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, etc.); experience with financial systems and BI tools a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to develop financial reports, revenue forecasts, and variance analyses
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Revenue Management System and Customer Relationship Management
