Support inside sales and business development efforts in a dynamic, client-facing role, gaining exposure to all stages of the sales process and a path toward full-time sales, development, or territory management positions.
Qualify inbound leads to assess viability and sales potential, ensuring alignment with target client profiles.
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and occasional in-person drop-offs as part of regional blitz efforts.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including proforma generation, CRM updates, and proposal documentation.
Serve as support to sales teams in the field as needed; attend quarterly team meetings and share insights from customer feedback.
Participate in new territory outreach and trade shows.
Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to coordinate, report out, facilitate, track and monitor key marketing initiatives.
Manage the sales process start to finish on small opportunities.
Propose and implement new methods to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and generally accepted accounting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sales. Equivalent work experience in the industry acceptable.
Polished, professional and extremely comfortable with client interaction
