About the role
- Drive a portfolio of partners to achieve revenue objectives for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Ensure partners are aligned with and capable on the Contentful platform and increase partner maturity
- Orchestrate joint go-to-market motions and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to activate regional campaigns and partner-led events
- Deepen executive relationships and manage partner relationship mapping to executive and practice leaders
- Act as single point of orchestration between partners and Sales to align partners into deal strategy
- Drive partner enablement uptake, certifications, co-marketing readiness, and partner maturity milestones
- Use partner strengths and win/loss insights to displace competitors and evangelize Contentful value proposition
- Own weekly partner forecast inputs, track partner performance against targets, and use data to inform strategic adjustments
Requirements
- 5–7 years in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales within SaaS/DXP/MarTech ecosystems
- Proven track record managing regional partner portfolios with measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong executive relationship management and communication skills
- Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architectures, and digital transformation agency/GSI landscape
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
