About the role

  • Own a portfolio of key institutional targets and advance them through the partnership lifecycle
  • Build and manage a high-quality partnership pipeline using HubSpot
  • Lead outreach and demand generation strategy in collaboration with marketing
  • Track performance towards CDI’s earned-revenue goals and surface insights
  • Refine and operationalize partnership systems and protocols for efficiency
  • Collaborate with Program Implementation team for smooth handoffs
  • Represent CDI externally as a spokesperson at conferences and convenings

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or development
  • Highly skilled relationship-builder with senior decision-makers
  • Experienced in developing strategies at the intersection of marketing and partnerships
  • Data-informed and fluent in sales enablement tools
  • Experience with Hubspot and Asana a plus
  • Collaborative across functions to translate interest into measurable impact
  • Deeply aligned with CDI’s mission
