About the role
- Own a portfolio of key institutional targets and advance them through the partnership lifecycle
- Build and manage a high-quality partnership pipeline using HubSpot
- Lead outreach and demand generation strategy in collaboration with marketing
- Track performance towards CDI’s earned-revenue goals and surface insights
- Refine and operationalize partnership systems and protocols for efficiency
- Collaborate with Program Implementation team for smooth handoffs
- Represent CDI externally as a spokesperson at conferences and convenings
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or development
- Highly skilled relationship-builder with senior decision-makers
- Experienced in developing strategies at the intersection of marketing and partnerships
- Data-informed and fluent in sales enablement tools
- Experience with Hubspot and Asana a plus
- Collaborative across functions to translate interest into measurable impact
