• Support Corporate Learning & Development in collaboration with corporate and local HR teams.

HR Learning & Development Apprentice

Technician

• Prepare molds, including bottom blocks, positioning based on ingot size to be cast, and ensuring proper alignment
• Inspect mold/tooling for defects such as cracks in graphite liners or incorrect water patterns, using precision instruments to verify that they meet specifications
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues with casting molds/tooling which affect the overall production process
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on molds/tooling and mold shop equipment, including cleaning and lubricating machines, to minimize downtime
• Adhere to strict safety procedures and guidelines when working with molten metal and heavy machinery

QA Automation Engineer

• Identifying new opportunities for automation and design
• Management of a project team when necessary
• Designing new automation equipment or processes
• Simulating and testing these processes or equipment to ensure they function as desired

• Developing and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment or processes
